平成20年度くらしきグローバルフレンドシップ事業の実施について

１　くらしきグローバルフレンドシップ事業の目的

幼稚園や小学校,特別支援学校において，地域に在住の外国人又は海外に在住したり外国を訪問したりした経験をもつ日本人等をふれあい活動支援員として招き，学級担任と協同でふれあい活動を行うことにより，諸外国の遊びや文化などを理解するなど国際理解の基礎を培うことを目的とする。

 

２　委嘱期間

　　平成２１年６月１日から平成２２年３月３１日

 

３　ふれあい活動支援員の職務

ふれあい活動支援員は，外国の歌や言葉遊び等を一緒に楽しんだり，外国の遊び，生活習慣，食文化，学校生活，日常生活等についての紹介を行ったりするなどのふれあい活動を教師と協同で行い，園児や児童，教師を支援する。

 

４　ふれあい活動支援員の支援態様

　(1) ふれあい活動の対象について

　　　　幼稚園の４歳児と５歳児及び小学校,特別支援学校の第１学年と第２学年

　(2) 年間実施回数について

　　幼稚園の場合：　年間各クラス３回まで

　　　　小学校,特別支援学校の場合：　年間各クラス５回まで

　(3) １回の実施における，ふれあい活動の時間及び打ち合わせ等の時間の目安について

幼稚園の場合：　
　ふれあい活動の時間は，幼稚園や園児の実態に応じて定める。たとえば，ふれあい活動の時間を３０分間とすると，ふれあい活動支援員の勤務は１時間単位で行うため,残りの３０分間を打ち合わせや準備の時間とする。

小学校,特別支援学校の場合：　
　ふれあい活動の時間は４５分間を目安とする。ふれあい活動支援員の勤務は１時間単位で行うため，残りの１５分間を打ち合わせや準備の時間とする。

　(4) 実施日について

　　　　事業を実施するそれぞれの幼稚園及び小学校,特別支援学校は，ふれあい活動支援員と支援を行う日程について協議を行い，ふれあい活動の実施日を決定する。

 

５　提出書類

・    口座振込申出書（別紙様式）

・    パスポート（表紙，写真，署名，ビザ）の写し

　　　外国人の場合のみ，上記の写しを１通提出。

・    「外国人登録証明書」（表裏とも）の写し

　　　上記の写しを１通提出。

　

　

 

2009 Global Friendship Project Information

 

 

1. Purpose

 

In Kindergartens,  elementary schools and special needs schools, foreign residents who live in those neighbourhoods, or Japanese residents who have lived in or visited foreign countries will act as a ‘fureai supporter’ doing ‘fureai activities’ team-teaching with homeroom teachers.  These activities will help the children gain a basic international understanding and awareness. 

 

 

2. Length of Assignment

 

The term of this assignment is from June 1st, 2009 ~ March 31st, 2010. 

 

 

3. ‘Fureai Supporter’ Duties

 

The ‘fureai supporters’ will support the kindergartens, elementary schools and special needs schools, the teachers and children through the singing foreign songs, playing of foreign games, and introducing foreign customs, foreign foods, way of life in foreign schools, daily life, etc., team-teaching with homeroom teachers.

 

 

4. Terms of Assignment

 

1)       Who the ‘fureai supporters’ will support: 

 

?         At Kindergarten, 4-5 year old children and at Elementary school & at Special needs school, 1st and 2nd grade students. 

 

2)       The typical time during a visit is as follows: 

 

?         Kindergarten: max. 3 times / year per class

?         Elementary school & Special needs school: max. 5 times / year per class

 

3)       The general allotment of time for ‘fureai a ctivities’ and preparation time is as follows:

 

In the case of kindergartens:

 

The length of ‘fureai activities’ will depend upon the physical and mental condition of the students at the time of the scheduled ‘fureai activities’.  For example, as ‘fureai supporters’ are remunerated on an hourly basis, if an activity were to be 30 minutes in length, the remaining 30 minutes would be allotted for preparation time. 

 

In the case of elementary schools &  special needs school:

 

In general, ‘fureai activities’ at elementary school,at special needs school will be 45 minutes in length.  As ‘fureai supporters’ are remunerated on an hourly basis, the remaining 15 minutes would be allotted for preparation time. 

 

4)       The scheduling of these visits will also be decided through discussion between the ‘fureai supporter’ and the kindergarten and schools. 

 

 

 

5. Necessary Documentation 

 

 

?        Banking information (copy of passbook outside and inside cover.)  

?        In the case of foreign residents: 

Ø  copy of passport (cover page, picture and signature page(s), and visa page)
